Realization of first part Master Plan Europolis Park Bucharest
Archicom and Europolis have been working for considerable time on the realization of a thorough Master Plan for the Europolis Park Bucharest, formerly known as “Cefin Park”. The new Master Plan fully reflects the differentiation in logistics functions now starting to come forward from the market. The Master Plan elevates the Park to the highest global standards, meeting demands from any type of logistics, VAL or VAS operator.

Preparations are now in an advanced stage to start realizing two new Distribution Centers, which are developed from the TCO principle. These buildings, of 20,000sqm and of 15,000sqm, will be realized providing users a level of energy and operating efficiency not witnessed yet in Romania. The construction start is set at the beginning of 2010.

Further developments are in preparation, bringing for example ADR warehousing, cold storage solutions, and automated Park access solutions further improving the efficiency for the Park tenants and new users.

The total project will be executed by Archicom in the next years, with a total project value of about € 3,5mln.
